Currently we are looking for a flexible, customer minded junior Community/support Manager - Dutch to join our team in The Hague, The Netherlands.


Your mission is to keep the community happy! To grow, entertain, maintain and nurture it as good as possible.  You will set strategy and come up with new ideas to keep players happy and online, with live streams, morning breakfasts and all kind of other events.  

In this position you are part of our International Community Management team and you will have in-game help from Dutch volunteers.  You will be engaging the community and helping out at support whenever necessary! You are working close with the marketing department to make sure all the marketing exposures are correct and a perfect match for the Dutch community. The Dutch community has 50.000 players online every day, who play on average 120 minutes. The community plays 24/7 and a lot at night. Working some nights in the week is not a problem for you!


  • Create, edit and facilitate (video) content for the Community on Social Media and Blogs. Not being camera shy really helps.
  • Host engaging online and offline Events. You love to meet and greet people.
  • Managing a team of Dutch volunteers. Our community within a community.
  • Officiate disputes within the community.  You have a natural ability to keep the peace.
  • Provide feedback about the community’s sentiment, concerns and suggestions. Make sure they are heard.
  • Create and find ways to go the extra mile for the players.


  • A high level of empathy and strong customer focus.
  • Genuine team player with good people skills and a hands-on attitude.
  • The ability to handle complaints in difficult and busy situations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Native Dutch speaker.
  • Ability to manage incidental and planned challenges during non-business hours.
  • Strong Knowledge of Dutch (social media) culture
